Clinical and regulatory labs operate in complex environments where precision, compliance, and communication must align. At TÜV SÜD, I served as Marketing Manager for medical device testing services across the Americas. I led go-to-market strategy and campaign execution for more than 10 services, including biocompatibility, sterility assurance, EO validation, and packaging. I supported a $12M expansion of the 20,000 sq. ft. microbiology lab in Minnesota to meet rising demand for U.S.-based testing. My work bridged technical protocols and commercial messaging, ensuring alignment across regulatory, quality, and product development teams.
At the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, I worked alongside epidemiologists and the infectious disease laboratory during the COVID-19 pandemic. I contributed to statewide outbreak response, public communication, and health education initiatives. Additional work included support for HIV, tuberculosis, and tickborne illness programs—offering firsthand experience in how lab operations and data shape public health strategies.
