Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, NH DHHS needed to centralize and scale its public health messaging while expanding outreach to include MPOX, HIV, STIs, and tick-borne illnesses. Their website lacked accessibility, consistency, and modern content structures.

 Create and refine public-facing communications, lead web modernization, and support unified messaging for at-risk populations and healthcare providers. Ensure ADA compliance, clarity, and strategic alignment across departments.

  • Overhauled infectious disease website pages using Drupal, enhancing accessibility, UX, and mobile responsiveness
  • Developed and edited health education content across 20+ disease topics, including FAQs, guides, alerts, and reports
  • Created targeted communications addressing misinformation, public concerns, and emerging health risks
  • Partnered with the Bureau of Infectious Disease Control, epidemiologists, and nurses to unify messaging and improve reach
  • Led cross-departmental coordination to improve campaign alignment and responsiveness
