Brought on as a COVID-focused contractor for NH DHHS to support urgent public health messaging during the pandemic. As needs evolved, my role expanded to include broader infectious disease communication—covering MPOX, HIV, STIs, and tick-borne illnesses—on a state-run website that lacked accessibility and consistency.
Modernize digital communications to meet ADA, WCAG 2.1, and Section 508 standards. Improve accessibility, unify content across departments, and support public health outreach to at-risk populations.
